Our country shall require huge number of technician’s engineers by 2022. Globalization of the markets and world wide competition is posing challenges before manufacturing and service industry. Well trained, well groomed technician engineers are required to face these challenges. Updated knowledge & skills need to be inculcated in technician engineers.
Multifarious efforts have started in this direction, at Government level, technical experts and educator’s level. We the educators and trainers are trying to transfer skills, knowledge and competencies to our students to cope with these requirements.
